(eg. 5.5s, 5.7, 5.9 ect.)
Interval should be a warm down.
One set of Enduro-hangs.

I document my various outings of rock climbing in Newfoundland. A group of us are developing new sport climbing and trad climbing area's around the Avalon Peninsula.
